Description

In light of the COVID-19 Crisis, LUVA Vacation Rentals has taken extra cleaning precautions to assure our arriving guests that they can vacation with confidence.

This 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo is located near the front entrance gates of Hali'i Kai. Close to restaurants, shopping and beach access.

Bedroom 1 - Cal King Bed, TV, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin beds or converted to 1 King size bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed

Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table seats 6 people. Air-conditioning / Free WIFI / Beach toys & chairs available.

You will have access to one of Hawaii Island most impressive oceanfront retreats when you stay in Hali'i Kai at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Enjoy all the wonderful amenities that the resort has to offer, like restaurants, King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace for great shopping, access to Hali'i Kai's private "Ocean Club" and recreation center and their Bar & Grill.

In addition to being close to the shores of Waikoloa Beach, you’re also just a short stroll from the pristine turquoise waters of Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay). Be on the lookout for our sea turtle neighbors who often climb onto the lava rocks to sun. Active travelers will love the tennis court and basketball 1/2 court and the oceanfront fitness cabana.

Resort Fee :
Please note that the Hali'i Kai Mgmt will collect a mandatory Resort fee of $20.00 plus tax per day / per household during yor stay. They will register you and give you a parking pass. The resort fee is subject to change at any time without notice.

Minimum primary age of renter is 25 years old.

* Please note; we can not accept or confirm "Instant Bookings" for our holiday seasons, December 15 - January 7, all years. Please email our Management team for availability and holiday season requirements and/or restrictions.

Condo is in a great location and great condition. Very spacious for our group 2 couples with 1 kid. Close proximity to Hapuna Beach which had great boogie boarding.
