Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2)- King bed
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 4)- 1 Twin bunk bed (150lb limit) over a King size bed with additional Twin Trundle bed
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2)- Queen bed

With an airy vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen stocked with spices and other cooking necessities, a huge 52” TV and a ton of other amenities, our condo fits right into its luxury surroundings.

This 2-story, 3-bedroom beach villa offers the sort of laid-back luxury you would hope for during a vacation to paradise: a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful dark cabinets. Comfy primary suite with private lanai that looks out onto swaying coconut fronds. Beautifully appointed bathrooms, landscaping dotted with bright hibiscus and a hammock by the shared outdoor barbecue.
Plenty of kid & adult activities abound..including: snorkeling, hiking, whale-watching, basketball, tennis or playing a round on the scenic golf course. There’s a hot tub and oceanfront exercise cabana, private pools, bar & grill, and the exclusive, guests-only Ocean Club with 180-degree views of the Pacific. Nearby excursions can take you from adventurous horseback riding or zip-line over a waterfall to a relaxing massages, fine dining or long languid stroll on the beach.
 

Located in Coconut Grove at Hali’i Kai, our condo is just a short walk from the Technicolor waters and white sands of Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay), spot turtles relaxing on the lava rocks. Don’t miss the hidden black sand beach, a 20-minute hike along Fishermen’s Trail.
Visit nearby Hapuna Beach for boogie boarding or check out Mauna Kea for swimming, snorkeling and gorgeous views. Waikoloa Beach Resort boasts four-star dining and excellent shopping, beaches, golf courses and a world-class spa.

Hali'i Kai Mandatory Resort Fee :
2023 : $25.00 plus tax per night/per household for your entire stay.
The resort fee is payable directly to Halii Kai management on your arrival date.
Guests will have access to the Ocean Club facilities, receive an overnight parking pass along with electronic gate key card. The resort fee is subject to change at any time without notice.

Great location with onsite and nearby amenities. Hike the fisherman's path to the black sand beach for a morning snorkel, watch whales from the hot tub. Plenty to do despite rainy week thinks to a Kona Low weather system.

Our family stayed here for a week over Christmas, 4 adults and 2 children. The home was perfect for us! Very nicely decorated and well equipped, nice furniture inside and out. We had our breakfast on the balcony every morning. Comfortable beds, ample space for a family. Beach towels, a couple of beach chairs and some beach toys are available. Pickleball, tennis and a small gym available in the development, as well as a community pool (right on the coast) with poolside dining. We saw whales from here in the afternoon! Next door is the the huge Hilton complex where numerous activities are available - golf, fun pool with waterslide and dolphin experience. Several restaurants in this complex, too. If you want to visit the volcano national Park it's under 2 hrs away. This property is also 5 min from shopping and grocery store. Overall a great place for a family! Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully decorated condo. It had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children and was fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The only downside was that it was quite far to the pool area. We actually drove when we wanted to go there. Also there was an exceptionally heavy dining table on the outside deck. Would be nice to have had seating outside on the deck instead. There was nowhere to sit comfortably outside snd read a book unless you went upstairs. But all in all a great place to stay!

Our family of five could not have imagined a better rental experience. We each had a bathroom; the lanais faced a beautiful courtyard, and the property was centrally located to all of our favorite beaches and attractions. The kitchen was fully outfitted for all of our cooking needs and the entire unit was clean and spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to everyone.

Be sure to check the Halii Kai map to see the property location, don't rely on the map pin from VRBO. While it's a hike to the pool and the beach, the condo is absolutely stunning, with what seemed to be many more upgrades than the surrounding units. Full folding doors open up to the lanais off the kitchen and the master bedroom. More than spacious enough for our party of five, we could not have been happier.

Our second time in this unit...this time for almost a whole month. Hali'i Kai is a wonderful much better than a blah hotel room.
The only problem we had was that the owner had loc kid the circuit breaker box. this is a no-no. Adriana was right there to help us with a tripped circuit breaker. This lady is a real jewel. Luva is lucky to have her.

This is our third stay at 22F and we plan to stay once or twice a year. Love this unit. Beautiful upgraded doors and woodwork. No ocean view but pleasant walk down to Ocean Club. Adriana does a great job.

Short walk to ocean club so got plenty of ocean views even though not right on the water. Adriana was the best property manager we have ever worked with. Minor problems taken care of immediately. Beautiful wood working makes the condo just beautiful. Full cable including access golf channel and Big ten network was a selling point for Iowa Hawkeyes fans. Access to Netflix,etc.

We loved our condo experience- very nice 3 bedroom/3bath layout. The condo is well appointed and has great extras like boogie boards and beach chairs. Very nice welcome package! Halii Kai has a gorgeous pool and the poolside restaurant has great food. Overall, fabulous!

Our overall stay was great! Unit was well maintained, stocked with everything needed for my party of 5. Unit was comfortable and very tastefully decorated. loads of extra feature that we're not on other units. Being a realtor we noticed the extra touches being offered, must of been a show suite when complex was being marketed. This was our third time to the Big Island and stayed in different complexes. But this was the nicest unit/complex we had the pleasure to stay in! Ocean club was great! saw lot's of whale breaching. Location was a bit of a hike to the Ocean club but who cares your in Hawaii. Only issue we had was it just wasn't long enough!

5 nights in this condo was not enough-will come back again for longer. The furnishings were wonderful and comfy and the resort pool/dining area worked well for the 5 of us. We ate there 3 nights-food good and the sunset the best. We were able to check in early which was also great.

Unit was clean, updated with new wood flooring and carpet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a cook could need. The only drawback was the twin bed mattresses having a plastic liner which made oneself uncomfortable to sleep for the liners retained body moisture. Other than that the unit was beautiful.

This home was absolutely gorgeous! The house was immaculate and was fully loaded with anything you could possibly need on your Hawaiian vacation. The whole facility was very lovely. We especially liked the pool and the fitness center!
